The Church Of Christ’s propagational works in African countries, such as Uganda, continues to reap success. Every after evangelical mission held in Lwempwanyi Village, Lwengo, more and more Africans express interest to become members of the Church.
This paved the way for the brethren in the Ecclesiastical District of Northern Africa to request for a regular worship service at the said village, which the Church Administration approved.
On November 16, 2019, Brother Danny Lovino, assistant district supervising minister, officiated the inaugural worship service of the Lwempwanyi Group Worship Service (GWS).
The preaching of the pure gospel was translated to Runyankole, the language of the villagers. Among the attendees were 10 former pastors from different religions who have decided to join the Church Of Christ.
The brethren and the doctrinal instructees said they were so thankful to the Lord God for providing them the opportunity to conduct true worship service in their village. — With reports from INC News Section
