In commemoration of the 108th founding anniversary of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ), the Local Congregation of Northern Hills, one of the congregations in the Ecclesiastical District of Tarlac City, Tarlac in the Philippines, shared God’s words through an evangelical mission and distribution of pamphlets and Pasugo: God’s Message magazine. The propagational activities were held on July 25 and 27-29, 2022, respectively.

On the day of the evangelical mission, the brethren accompanied their friends and loved ones, whom they pledged days before, to their house of worship to hear the words of God written in the Bible by Brother Michael Nocido, the resident minister. In his preaching, he emphasized to the attendees the importance of joining the Church Of Christ to receive salvation on Judgment Day.

“I am encouraged with the teachings of God taught inside the Iglesia Ni Cristo,” said Alejandro Galang, one of the guests. “I want to continue my search for true faith and try to know more about God’s words.”

On the Pasugo distribution drive, the brethren gathered first at their house of worship for prayer and to receive instructions from their resident minister. Afterwards, they went and handed out the Church’s reading materials and invited the recipients in their Bible studies and to attend worship services.

“The brethren are happy sharing their faith with others,” said Brother Nocido. “Although they make sacrifices to participate in the Church’s propagational endeavors, what matters most to them is to give glory to the Lord God and to express their care for their fellowmen.” — With reports from Jensen DG.
