The Ecclesiastical District of Northwest California leadership, with the approval of the Church Administration, called a special gathering of households to remind the brethren of the importance of helping actively in the work of propagation and thus inspire them to redouble their efforts.
Brother Eduardo Javier, district supervising minister, officiated at the holy occasion which was held on January 24, 2021 through videoconferencing.
From the Bible, he emphasized to the families “the reason why our Lord God called us inside the Church Of Christ.”
Brother Javier explained, “God willed that the Church Of Christ be established by our Lord Jesus Christ so that through it people will be able to know Who the true God is.”
The district leadership also instructed the brethren in the teachings of God on how they can further intensify their efforts in helping with the propagation of the faith.
“Our Almighty God gave us the task to spread His word throughout the world. God’s promises inspire us to fulfill this task of propagation,” Luz Manangan, choir member from Redwood City Local Congregation, said.
The brethren believe that through a strong faith and with God’s help, everything will be possible.
“Our success is assured in the works of propagation because we have God on our side, so if we work hard in inviting [people], God will see our work and help us bear fruit,” Jonathan Manangan, choir member from Redwood City Congregation, said.
Filled with love for their fellowmen and faith in what God can do for them, the brethren promised to continue sharing their faith to their loved ones and friends that they may also partake of God’s promises.
“Whether it’s by sending them the link or sending them a message, and pray afterwards, then God will do the rest, just don’t be scared, because we are God’s instruments in sharing our faith,” Chessica Manangan, choir member from Redwood City Congregation, said. — With reports from INC News Section
