Part of the district’s effort to edify the Iglesia Ni Cristo families in the various local congregations under its care, the leadership of the Ecclesiastical District of Manila, Philippines gathered the brethren virtually on September 13, 2021, to give them biblical counsel.

Brother Charmil Castro, a minister of the gospel assigned in the Christian Family Organizations (CFO) office, led the preaching of the Lord God’s words. Through the Bible, he reminded the brethren of the key to receiving God’s blessings and promises, that is, by wholeheartedly fulfilling all their obligations to Him.

“It is important to listen to the words of God, especially in this time of pandemic,” said Mirasol Tizon from Baseco Local Congregation, “because through His words we are strengthened in our faith.”

One of God’s commands that the brethren were reminded to devotedly fulfill is the sharing of the true Christian faith.

“Spreading the words of the Lord God is a part of our duties as Church Of Christ members,” Brother Alfredo Lorido, assistant district supervising minister, said.

“I will continue to unite in all Church endeavors,” said Chloe Licudo from the Local Congregation of Tondo. “In propagating the gospel, I will share links of the Church’s religious media to my classmates and acquaintances for them to listen to the preaching of the gospel.” — With reports from INC News Section
