The Ecclesiastical District of Ottawa, Canada conducted a “Welcome, My Brethren” activity through videoconferencing on March 7, 2021.

Brethren participated in various online games. Church officers rendered Iglesia Ni Cristo original music performances.

Video messages of current doctrinal instructees who are thankful for the opportunity to listen to the pristine teachings upheld in the Church were also shown.

The brethren were grateful to God for being instrumental to strengthen the new members in the Church and in inviting more people to join the true Church Of Christ.

Brother Elmer Miranda, assistant district supervising minister, concluded the activity with a Bible-based lesson about the active participation in the intensified works in the Church, such as the propagation of the gospel.

“This activity reminds us that even though we are in lockdown, we can still meet with each other through modern technology… even with this pandemic and no matter what happens, these would not keep us from fulfilling our duties to God,” said Brinelle Meekam, one of the hosts of the activity and an INC Radio correspondent. — With reports from INC News Section
