In the Ecclesiastical District of Ottawa, the Local Congregation of Capital City was established with its inaugural worship service held on October 19, 2019 at 19 Briggs Avenue, Nepean, Ontario, Canada.

Brethren from Nepean, Kingston, and Gatineau also attended the holy occasion.

Brother Jose Razon II, district supervising minister, reminded the brethren through a Bible-based lesson to be firm and steadfast in their services to God.

New Church officers took oath during the worship service. The pioneer members of the congregation, meanwhile, conducted a scroll signing.

The brethren who form the Local Congregation of Capital City came from the Nepean Local Congregation. Their intensified missionary activities resulted to the increase of membership in Capital City. They requested to the Church Administration for a new congregation to cater for the spiritual needs of the brethren and for the continuous propagation of God’s words.

Praise be unto God, the establishment of the Capital City Local Congregation was approved. ― With reports from INC News Section
