Helping the members of the Children’s Worship Service (CWS) become more creative and artistic, CWS district officers from the Ecclesiastical District of Malaysia conducted a painting and sculpting workshop on June 12, 2021.

From the comfort of their homes, kids, with the guidance of their parents, participated in the workshop through videoconferencing.

Young brethren used recyclable materials at home for their kiddie sculptures. They were also taught the proper way of mixing and matching colors.

With the help of their parents, the kids cut, drew, and prepared the necessary materials for their crafts. Showing their creativity, they made different objects such as flowers, robots, cards, pizza, bonfires, and trees out of recycled materials like egg trays, scrap papers, cereal boxes, and other recyclables that they can find at home.

“I really enjoyed the activity because I learned a lot and it helped me to be more creative in making a sculpture and coloring it,” said Venice Macate, a CWS member.

The activity gave the kids quality time to share with their parents and loved ones while participating in the activities launched by the Church Administration. ― With reports from INC News Section
