On May 1, 2022, KADIWA members from the Ecclesiastical District of Taiwan bonded through one of the activities held during the Church-wide Christian Family Organizations (CFO) Day. The activity, “KADIWA Band Together,” was held at the Dragon Lake Clubhouse on Tsai Chiao Rd. Lane, Hsinchu City, Taiwan.

The activity featured several musical bands performing original Iglesia Ni Cristo Music. Consisting of KADIWA members from various local congregations in the district, the bands performed musical numbers. Games were facilitated, in between performances, for the attendees.

“I am happy about the activity of our organization because I met new friends from different local congregations in our district,” expressed Ferly Tolentino, a KADIWA from the Local Congregation of Baoshan.

“This activity brought smiles to the brethren. We wanted the brethren to be active in their faith… The activity was also our tribute to the birthday of Brother Angelo Eraño V. Manalo, the CFO coordinator,” narrated Manilyn Duruin, the KADIWA district president.

“Preparing this activity was a challenge. Although KADIWA officers and the performers have had different schedules due to the pandemic and health restrictions in the brethren’s companies and dormitories, we were able to push through the band-together activity in our district,” she added. — With reports from INC News Section
