Even in this time of difficulties due to the pandemic, the Children’s Worship Service (CWS) or Pagsamba ng Kabataan (PNK) leadership from the Ecclesiastical District of Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija in the Philippines finds ways to fulfill their duties of caring for and nurturing the faith of the children inside the Church Of Christ.

On July 25, 2021, CWS district officers conducted a PNK Storybook reading activity. Some officers went to the brethren’s houses to personally visit the children and read to them from the storybook. They made sure to follow and observe the health and safety protocols. Other CWS officers conducted the activity online.

Through the activity, the kids were reminded about the importance of good manners grounded on Christian values. They were also reminded to always use the respectful Filipino words “po” and “opo” while speaking to the elderly. Most of all, they were reminded of the importance of being prayerful.

Parents are thankful to the Church Administration for such activity that brought joy and happiness to the children. They thanked the CWS officers for their love and concern to their kids. ― With reports from INC News Section
