As part of the commemoration of the 15th anniversary of the Local Congregation of Punturin, Ecclesiastical District of Caloocan North in the Philippines, the brethren enlisted there attended a special gathering at their house of worship on November 9, 2021. It was officiated by Brother Ariel Barzaga, the district supervising minister.

“I am joyful because despite the pandemic, we are able to commemorate the anniversary of our local congregation. The Church Administration inspires us to take courage in facing the pandemic that is happening in the world,” said Roger Calingay, head deacon.

Through the special gathering, the brethren were reminded of how important God’s help is so that no matter what happens around them, they will be able to carry on with their services to the Almighty God. This was exactly what the brethren in Punturin thanked God for. From the time it was established as a local congregation, God has granted successes to their spiritual endeavors.

“We thank the Church Administration because they approved this special gathering. We also thank our Lord God for the local congregation continues to reap success in our works for the Church,” Brother Pol Francisco, resident minister, said.

The local congregation was established on November 10, 2006. Its house of worship stands at #158 P. Faustino Street Punturin, Valenzuela City. — With reports from INC News Section
