On October 16, 2021, Church members from the Ecclesiastical District of San Carlos City, Pangasinan in the Philippines showed not only their unity with the Church Administration but also their earnest desire to be of help to their fellowmen. This they did through a blood donation activity.

The activity was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the Iglesia Ni Cristo Social Services Office, Christian Medical Dental and Paramedical Society, and the district Christian Family Organizations office. The district’s Society of Communicators and Networkers, International (SCAN) also helped in implementing the health and safety protocols.

The brethren who volunteered as donors gathered early at Barangay San Julian, Malasiqui, Pangasinan. The blood donation promptly began after the mandatory health screening of the donors. The district supervising minister, Brother Eduardo Olipas, led the brethren in the activity.

At present, the district of San Carlos City, Pangasinan supervises 50 local congregations, five extensions, and a Group Worship Service. — With reports from INC News Section
