Members of the Society of Communicators and Networkers International (SCAN) in San Jose-Mindoro Occidental Ecclesiastical District attended a two-day Emergency First Response (EFR) Training and Seminar to gain additional skills on disaster preparedness.

On the first day of the seminar on June 28, 2019, they gathered at the San Jose Gymnasium. There, they learned how to respond during emergency situations and how to provide first-aid to victims of different calamities.
