Following a prayer, Brother Aldrin del Rosario, the Buklod district president, opened the seminar with a fitting remark concerning the topic at hand.
Afterwards, the attendees watched a video presentation which taught the healthy eating habits. It included, among others, avoiding stress eating, or binge eating, by finding better ways to manage stress and reading ingredient labels.
The brethren said the informative and practical tips promoting the benefits of having a balanced diet were truly of help for them to stay healthy in this time of the pandemic.
Thankful for the meaningful activity, the brethren promised to continue to be united with the Church Administration and actively participate in all Church activities.
