“The guidance of God through the Church Administration continues to inspire the youth through this special gathering,” said Inno Revilla, the KADIWA district president. “It is really important during these times of uncertainties while everyone is experiencing hardships, trials, and hindrances in life to receive spiritual guidance.”
This he shared after the special gathering of the youth, conducted by the Ecclesiastical District of Australia East on October 22, 2021 in commemoration of the 48th founding anniversary of the KADIWA and Binhi Christian Family Organizations (CFO).
Held at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Minchinbury, New South Wales as the main site, the sacred occasion included the oath-taking of additional officers of the two CFOs. Brethren from other local congregations, most of whom were gathered in their house of worship, attended the sacred occasion through videoconferencing.
The district supervising minister, Brother Felix Santos, who officiated at the gathering, edified the youth with a Bible-based lesson about the great importance of remaining strong in the faith whatever circumstances come upon their lives.
In an interview afterwards, Brother Santos said that, as the Lord’s primary instrument in leading the Church, the Executive Minister, “Brother Eduardo V. Manalo aims and aspires for all youth members of the Church to be steadfast and strong in the faith. They will stand on their ground fulfilling the Church duties God has given to them.”
“It feels really special because I know some of the brethren were really looking forward to holding duties and now that they finally can. They are really eager and I feel proud to see that,” remarked Chenaur Valle, a KADIWA member from the Local Congregation of Carlingford. “It reminds us that we are the future of the Church. We have Church duties to fulfill and this is the time to really perform our part without lacking in any way towards a brighter future. ― With reports from INC News Section
