On January 23, 2022, the special gathering for choir members from the Ecclesiastical District of Macau gave the Church officers’ zeal the needed boost. Choir members across the district gathered in four places of worship—those of the local congregations of Taipa, San Malou, Barra, and Macau, the host site.

The homily of Brother Celestino Bacsafra, Macau district supervising minister, was livestreamed from the host site to the other venues. Through a Bible-based lesson, he reminded the attendees that God expects the officers whom He placed in His nation, among them the choir members, to labor and persevere in fulfilling their duties. He recounted to them the promises of God to His faithful servants.

“We thank our Almighty God and the Church Administration for allowing us to hold a choir special gathering,” Mar Agustin, choir leader of Barra Local Congregation, expressed.

“We felt so blessed and thankful for being part of this special gathering for choir members. We were more strengthened by the Church Administration’s love and guidance and more inspired in fulfilling our duties to lead the congregations in giving glory to the Almighty Father. We promise that we will never depart from Him and be more active in participating in all Church endeavors,” Jonathan Dela Cruz, district choir director, said. — With reports from INC News Section
