With the aim of strengthening further the faith of the members of the KADIWA and Binhi organizations, the Ecclesiastical District of Pampanga East conducted a special gathering on October 17, 2021. The main site of the occasion was the house of worship of the Local Congregation of San Fernando, from where the district supervising minister, Brother Bhel John Ubaldo, preached a Bible-based lesson to the youth.
KADIWA members from other local congregations gathered at their respective house of worship for the holy occasion. Meanwhile, even though Binhi members belong to the age group advised by the government to stay home, they were still able to attend the gathering through videoconferencing. Members of the Christian Society for the Deaf (CSD) in the district also received God’s words through a sign language interpreter.
“We are always reminded by the Church Administration to look after the young brethren of the Church—not to neglect them and not to refrain from teaching them God’s words for them to become more steadfast in the faith and obedient in all of His commands,” said Brother Ubaldo.
“The special gathering was so meaningful because, once again, we were reminded how to avoid not only vices but also false teachings,” said Stephanie Antonio, the KADIWA president of San Fernando Congregation.― With reports from INC News Section
