On June 8, 2021, Children’s Worship Service (CWS) members from the Ecclesiastical District of South Korea delightedly took part in storytelling and drawing activities, learning biblical values in the process.
For the first part of the activity, which was conducted via videoconferencing, the children, together with their parents, watched animated video about the story of David and Goliath on the INC Kids YouTube channel.
Afterwards, the children engaged in a question-and-answer segment led by district Christian Family Organizations (CFO) overseer, Brother Timothy Kim Reyes, to reinforce in them the virtues imparted by the biblical story, such as trusting in and obeying the Lord God.
This was followed by the art activity in which the children watched an online tutorial on drawing.
Interviewed parents expressed gratitude to the Church Administration for such worthwhile activities that not only help enhance their children’s artistic creativity but most especially contribute to their spiritual development as Christians.
At present, the Church Of Christ maintains 17 local congregations and three Group Worship Service (GWS) in South Korea. ― With reports from INC News Section
