To fight of stress and depression caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Christian Family Organizations (CFO) officers from the Local Congregation of Taipa, Ecclesiastical District of Macau, launched an aerobics fitness activity online on March 31, 2020. In the safety of their respective houses and boarding houses, brethren took part in the activity via WebLink app.
Though separated by distance, the resident minister, Brother Roly Tuazon, and the CFO officers, encouraged the brethren to be physically fit and active while at home.
The program started with warm up exercises and stretching led by Rafael Layug, a District Multimedia officer. An aerobics routine was then livestreamed.
The brethren enjoyed the activity. They also thanked the Church Administration for activities like this that reminded every one of the importance of spending time to promote health and wellness. — With reports from INC News Section
