Joan Cosil and Jerry Domingo, CFO officers, led the morning and evening sessions respectively. Before the actual walking and jogging parts of the activity, they facilitated warm up exercises, such as basic stretching .
The brethren are thankful for having such activities that promote healthy lifestyle, which is essential especially in this time of the pandemic. The activity also served as bonding moments with their families.
