Brethren from the Local Congregation of Taipa, Ecclesiastical District of Macau conducted an online health seminar dubbed “[Blood] Sugar Watch” on September 27, 2020.
Estella Laroco, a health professional, discussed the importance of checking and monitoring one’s level of blood sugar as well as of associated health risks. During the activity, the blood sugar level of some of the brethren in one of the sites were checked.
The Church Administration continues to promote programs that will benefit the brethren and will remind them to be aware of their health and well-being as some of them are overseas workers who are busy with their work schedules.
Attendees are grateful to the Church Administration, led by the Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, for the activity as they are all the more inspired to maintain a healthy body and to live a healthy lifestyle as taught in the Bible.
Brother Roly Tuazon, resident minister, led the activity. — With reports from INC News Section
