Not even a pandemic could water down the zeal of Church Of Christ members in the Ecclesiastical District of Taiwan. On January 31, 2021, Society of Communicators and Networkers International (SCAN) members from the Local Congregation of Guanyin united in a coastal clean-up drive which was held at Kuan-yin Beach, a well-known landmark in Guanyin District, Taoyuan City, Taiwan.

Resident minister, Brother Dennis Serrano, led the activity. While making sure that they follow the health and safety protocols, the brethren diligently picked up the trash and segregated recyclable materials, like plastic bottles and carton boxes.

The district SCAN president, Brother Engelrey Abalos, said, “We continue to unite with all the activities being launched by the Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, who untiringly guides us.” He added that in conducting these activities, “we also abide by the policies being implemented here in Taiwan.” — With reports from INC News Section
