
In commemoration of the 41st anniversary of the Local Congregation of Talaga, Ecclesiastical District of Capas, Tarlac, Philippines, a special gathering was held at their house of worship on August 20, 2021. Brother Mauro Balintag, district supervising minister, led the sacred occasion.
“Our congregation used to be a part of the Local Congregation of Sapang Tagalog. Despite the hardships, the brethren here continued their active service to God, fully uniting in all Church activities, especially the intensive propagation of the gospel. Through our Lord God’s mercy, we were able to bring many people who returned to God,” Elmer Ducut, head deacon, narrated.
“This special gathering strengthens and inspires the brethren to be zealous in performing their duties and services to our Lord God, especially now that … the time of our redemption is near … ,” Brother Evander San Juan, resident minister, said.
Expressing the collective sentiment of the brethren, he added, “We thank our Lord God because He allowed our congregation to reach its 41st anniversary. … We also wholeheartedly thank our Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, for we feel his love and concern … we are thankful for the victorious, powerful, and blessed leadership of the Church Administration.” — With reports from INC News Section
