The Ecclesiastical District of Tarlac City, Tarlac in the Philippines dedicated to the Lord God the new house of worship of the Local Congregation of Masalasa on May 7, 2021.

Brother Emil Santiago, district supervising minister, officiated at the dedication worship service. He preached a biblical lesson on the meaningful remembering of God’s Messenger in these last days—that is through doubled efforts in making sure to remain God’s people.

“The district is joyful because again, a new house of worship was dedicated. Despite the pandemic, the successes of the Church can be seen. We are very grateful to Brother Eduardo V. Manalo because he remembers our district. Although there are many needs in the Church, building houses of worship are continuously done and this is in accordance to God’s will,” Brother Santiago said.

Situated about 35 kilometers from the district office, the new house of worship, which can sit 180 worshipers at a time, is located at Purok 1, Barangay Masalasa, Victoria, Tarlac.

Brethren followed the minimum health standards in the said sacred gathering.

“We thank God and the Church Administration for we are given a beautiful house of worship. Despite the difficulties in life, we will uphold our services to Him, we will continue fulfilling our Church duties,” Peody Pidot, head deacon, promised.

The brethren firmly believe the importance of houses of worship where they hold worship services, during which God provides spiritual upliftment for His servants.

“The brethren are looking forward for this house of worship because even before, they really long for a beautiful house of worship and through the mercy of our Lord God, this was given to them. They offered heartful praises to God for this blessing,” Brother Rizaldy Castañeda, resident ministerial worker, said. — With reports from INC News Section
