KADIWA and Binhi members from the Local Congregation of King William’s Town, one of the 20 local congregations in the Ecclesiastical District of Southern Africa, held a team building workshop on October 1, 2021.

Held at the open grounds of their house of worship’s compound, the workshop featured exercises and games on group dynamics. These aimed to enhance every participant’s knowledge and skills as a team player working efficiently toward a common goal.

The competitive yet friendly atmosphere during the games bolstered the camaraderie among the young brethren. “I learned the importance of having unity and also having a strong bond, especially among the youth of the Church Of Christ. Through the games we were able to practice these [traits] so that whenever we perform our duties, we always do it in the manner that is pleasing and thus glorifying to our Almighty God, ” Lournelyn Mae Bigornia, a KADIWA officer, said.

The Local Congregation of King William’s Town was established on January 30, 2000. It is the Church’s first local congregation in South Africa. — With reports from INC News Section
