Unspared of the emotional stress due to Covid-19 pandemic, Church members from the Local Congregations of Prague, Czech Republic and Budapest, Hungary, Ecclesiastical District of Northern Europe conducted an online seminar about temper management through videoconferencing on February 21, 2021.

Through the activity, the brethren learned how to understand and identify the things or scenarios that trigger the temper. They were also informed on how to deal with in certain situations. Praying to the Lord God and trusting on what He can do were the highlight of the discussion.

Learning from the seminar, Sister Joyce Anne Malit, KADIWA officer from Prague, said, “We are in a difficult situation now and a lot of people might not be able to cope up through the trials and hardships. This activity has strengthened us in the faith, with the Church Administration continuously guiding us in this endeavor.”

Also from Prague, Sister Liezl De Torres said, “We should have this skill on how to manage our temper, so whenever we feel stressed out, we know what to do to manage our emotion and feel better without hurting others’ feelings.” — With reports from INC News Section
