“We understand that true faith comes from understanding of God’s words, and by having true faith, one will be able to enter the true Church.” Such is the conviction of Reynaldo Lanoza, deacon and area overseer in the Local Congregation of Veterans Village 1, Ecclesiastical District of Central, which propels him to eagerly share the pure gospel of salvation to more people.

Lanoza and his family were among the many brethren from the said congregation who united in bringing guests to the evangelical mission held on March 28, 2023 in their congregation’s house of worship.

“The brethren prepared eagerly for this activity. Even days before, they have already invited people from their respective neighborhoods. And on the day of the evangelical mission itself, they made sure that the guests will be warmly welcomed,” Brother Ludwig Uy, resident minister, said.

Brother Uy officiated at the evangelistic activity. Using the Bible as reference, he taught that not all religions belong to God. He further expounded the importance of being in the true religion introduced by the Holy Scriptures as that which is truly of God.

Moved by the biblical message she received, Pamela Malazarte, one of the guests, said, “Undeniably, the Iglesia Ni Cristo is the one true religion taught in the Bible. The lesson was truly an eye-opener for me.” She, together with other guests, decided to continue studying God’s words upheld in the Church; thus becoming doctrinal instructees.

One of the congregation’s head deacons, Eusebio Neil Tumbaga, who, with his wife, invited Malazarte, said, “We will continue fulfilling our duty of sharing the true faith with more people by inviting them to listen to God’s teachings and join the Church for them to also have the firm hope of receiving God’s promises.” — With reports from INC News Section
