The Local Congregation of Vienna West conducted “Care for Humanity” on December 4, 2022 to “show our love and deep concern for our fellowmen,” according to Brother James Brainard Bautista, resident ministerial worker.

“We thank the Church Administration, through the leadership of our beloved Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, for approving this activity and most especially to our Almighty God for its success,” he added.

Brother Bautista, along with other Church officers, warmly welcomed the guests, most of whom were friends and coworkers of the brethren residing in the city, at a rented hall at Leonard Bernstein Strasse 4, Vienna, Austria.

The socio-civic activity started with a video presentation through which the guests were briefly introduced to the Church Of Christ and some of the teachings of the Bible that it upholds.

Afterwards, the brethren distributed care packages, containing basic necessities and non-perishable food items, to the guests.

Reynaldo Espiritu, one of the congregation’s head deacons, said, “I feel blessed for being part of this wonderful activity because we invited a lot of guests to know more about the Church. So, I’m proud to be a member of this Church.” — With reports from INC News Section
