“I love to attend Church activities, such as this ‘Welcome, My Brethren’,” Ilene Salin, a newly-baptized member, said. “When brethren join in these activities, we receive blessings that impact our lives. These activities inspire us to be active Church members.”

She was among the attendees to the “Welcome, My Brethren” hosted by the Local Congregation of Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, on November 26, 2022. The activity, which was held within the compound of the congregation’s house of worship, consisted of several fun games and musical numbers featuring INC original music.

“We enjoyed the welcoming activity and it was fun,” Rebecca Yariyari, a doctrinal instructee, said. “The brethren are open, kind, and sociable.”

Port Moresby Local Congregation is under the supervision of the Ecclesiastical District of Australia West. Its current resident minister is Brother Mark Jayson Montes. — With reports from INC News Section
