The Christian Family Organizations (CFO) from the Local Congregation of Winnipeg North, Ecclesiastical District of Manitoba held a physical fitness activity on March 6, 2022 to encourage the brethren to have a healthy lifestyle. The activity was facilitated online using videoconferencing.

From their respective homes, the brethren watched an episode of “Fit To Serve,” a fitness series hosted by Filipino actor Aljhon Andres “Jon” Lucas, who is also a member of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ).

While they were virtually together, families followed the 30-minute workout presented in the video. The brethren did a set of exercises that included push-ups, cross jacks, jumping jacks, squats, among others.

After the activity, the brethren received reminders encouraging them to keep a regular schedule for physical exercises, even indoors, as this will help them stay fit and healthy. — With reports from INC News Section
