In commemoration of the 84th anniversary of the Church Of Christ’s official magazine, Pasugo: God’s Message, brethren from all over the world simultaneously distributed tens of thousands of its copies on February 18, 2023.

Canada

In the Ecclesiastical District of Manitoba, brethren from its various local congregations and group worship services (GWS) took part in this worldwide activity. In the Local Congregation of Winnipeg South, Brother James Lajeras, resident minister, was the one who led the brethren.

“The weather here’s so cold but that never dampened the brethren’s enthusiasm for the work of propagation. We made sure to give a copy of the Pasugo to those we met on the streets,” said Brother Lajeras.

“We, Church officers and brethren, aimed for this propagational activity to give copies of the magazine to as many people as possible,” said Arnold Gregorio, the area leader in Winnipeg North Congregation.

Australia-Oceania

Brethren in Sydney, New South Wales, Queensland, even those in Vanuatu’s islands, who are under the supervision of the Ecclesiastical District of Australia East, went out to their respective neighborhoods for the propagational activity.

Church members from the Local Congregation of Blacktown City gave copies of the magazine to their loved ones, friends, and fellowmen residing in Acacia Gardens, Bidwill, Blackett, and Bungarribee, which are suburbs of Blacktown City, New South Wales, Australia.

Brother John Carunggay, head deacon from Blacktown City, said, “By uniting in this worldwide campaign in sharing to our fellowmen the Good News of salvation, we obey God’s commands in propagating the true faith.”

Asia

In the Ecclesiastical District of Malaysia, brethren from the local congregations of Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, and Subang Jaya deemed the Kota Raya Shopping Complex in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia a strategic location to hand out copies of the magazine to Malaysian locals and foreigners.

Brother Dino Bellen, district Light of Salvation overseer, said, “Eager to take part, the brethren graciously approached and introduced the magazine to those they met. As a result, recipients were happy and thankful for having been informed of what we believe in.”

In Luzon, the Ecclesiastical District of Aurora, in the Philippines, ministers and ministerial workers assigned in all its local congregations took the lead. Along with Church officers and brethren, they went house-to-house in giving Pasugo copies and inviting their fellowmen to also attend evangelical missions and worship services on ensuing dates. — With reports from INC News Section
