“The anniversary celebration of the local congregation serves as a reminder to the brethren that the Church will continue to thrive even in times of hardship, especially through this ongoing pandemic,” Brother Igmedio Angeles, Christian Family Organizations (CFO) overseer of the Local Congregation of Wyndham-Victoria, Ecclesiastical District of Australia West, said.

On August 8, 2021, in commemoration of the 13th founding anniversary of their congregation, brethren enlisted in Wyndham-Victoria held an online celebration.

From their homes, the brethren, together with their loved ones, connected through a videoconferencing platform to celebrate another milestone of their local congregation. They watched pre-recorded musical performances of some brethren and they also participated in fun games.

The brethren offered their thanksgiving to the Lord God for His mercy and unending love that He has shown to them. They firmly believe that what their congregation accomplished in the Church’s works in the past year, such as in edification and propagation, were made possible only through the help of God.

Expressing the collective sentiment of the brethren for the Church Administration, Sophia Velasquez, a Children’s Worship Service (CWS) member, said, “Thank you for all the wonderful and fun activities we have even in the [time of the] pandemic.” — With reports from INC News Section
