Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members from the Local Congregation of Yapang, Ecclesiastical District of Mamburao, Mindoro Occidental expressed their thanksgiving to God with rejoicing for their newly built house of worship during its dedication worship service on August 19, 2022.

The holy occasion was officiated by the district supervising minister, Brother Emmanuel Lanzanas, during which he taught a Bible-based lecture about giving high regard to the house of worship and prioritizing worship services for the glory of God.

Situated in Sitio Yapang, Brgy. Batong Buhay in Sablayan, Mindoro Occidental, Philippines, the 110-seater house of worship comes equipped with a CCTV installation, LED TV videoconferencing system, and a Johannus organ. The congregation was also provided with a new edifice for the parsonage and office spaces.

“I’m very joyful because we are blessed with a beautiful house of worship,” expressed Rosita Prieto, one of the pioneering brethren in the congregation. “For as long as I have my life and strength, I’ll continue to serve and worship the Lord God.”

Brother Allen Adonis, resident ministerial worker, said, “We firmly believe that constructing houses of worship is a command of God and properly worshiping Him therein truly gives Him glory. We will take care of this new edifice and all the more dedicate ourselves in serving God.”

“We thank God for He continues to utilize our Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, in upholding the Lord’s command of building houses of worship. For us members of the Church, this newly built house of worship is a manifestation that God continues to be with us,” enthused Brother Lanzanas. — With reports from Dan Airone Sagun and INC News Section
