“Activities such as this bring genuine inspiration to the youth and strengthen their faith through the teaching of the words of God,” said Brother John Romanillos, Christian Family Organizations overseer of the Ecclesiastical District of Malaysia.

He was referring to the special gathering held on October 24, 2021 in commemoration of the 48th founding anniversary of KADIWA and Binhi. Members from various local congregations attended it from their respective homes via videoconferencing.

Brother Ronaldo Lising, the district supervising minister, officiated the holy occasion and taught the brethren God’s words. He emphasized the value of obedience to God, fulfilling Church duties, and living righteously as servants of God, exhorting them to “practice obedience in their daily lives for them to receive the blessings from our Almighty God.

“This event has strengthened the bond of the youth members. Even though we were physically apart, we still came together virtually and bonded through uniting in this special gathering,” said Christian Bautista, Binhi congregation president.

“Whatever situation you are in, you [should] always choose to act in accordance with the standards set by God. No matter how difficult or inconvenient that may be, you exercise moral integrity not just in words but in actions as well,” said Aiko Marie Tagle, KADIWA officer.

“From the lesson that was taught, I was reminded of what our priorities in life should be, that is to serve our Almighty Father and to do what brings Him gladness,” said Jerowin Tinawin, KADIWA officer.

“It is important for us, KADIWA members, to be obedient to all the teachings from our Lord God. We should always remember the prohibitions, for example, in marriage. When you want to get married, you should choose someone who belongs to the same faith and do not be romantically involved to those who are unbelievers,” said Lenard Wong, a KADIWA officer. ― With reports from INC News Section
