A webinar, held on January 22, 2022, introduced the brethren from the Local Congregation of Zabarte, Ecclesiastical District of Quezon City, to basic painting practices. During the activity, the attendees watched video presentations that awakened their interest in the art of painting.

“Having online activities such as this is important,” said Myris Janine Ricardo, the KADIWA president. “Not only do the brethren acquire skills which they may be able to use, but far more important is that they remain zealous in Church activities.”

The attendees learned about the different mediums of painting, such as acrylic, oil, and watercolor, the main types of paintbrushes and when to use them, and the other fundamentals of painting.

The Church Administration through the Christian Family Organizations (CFO) continues to launch webinars like this, in which the brethren in Zabarte actively participated, not allowing the pandemic to hinder them from their enthusiastic involvement in all activities of the Church.
