The Christian Society for the Deaf (CSD) from the Ecclesiastical District of Zamboanga del Sur conducted an activity called CSD Cares on November 28, 2020.

Relief goods were distributed to deaf brethren enlisted in the Local Congregation of Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines. Brother Rogelio Jovenal Jr., the CSD adviser, and also one of those who helped in the distribution of relief goods, stated, “Through CSD Cares, our deaf brethren received aid and were also strengthened in their services to the Lord God.”

Floramae Sayre, a deaf member from the Local Congregation of Pagadian City, said in sign language, “Thank you so much, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo for the aid that we have received. We promise that we will continue in our worship services to our Lord God and remain in the Church until the end.”

Brother Alvin Tobias, resident minister in Pagadian City Local Congregation, enthused, “We promise that we will commit ourselves to helping the Church Administration in taking care of the deaf brethren we are overseeing and strengthen them in the faith.” ― With reports from INC News Section
