Binhi members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) from the 14 local congregations in the Ecclesiastical District of Southern Ontario, Canada, converged for their Binhi Formal on June 8, 2025.
Held at Carmen’s Event Centre, 1520 Stone Church Road Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, the said activity started with district edification overseer Brother Jesse Anthony Bocobo leading a prayer. Then, assistant district supervising minister Brother Leopoldo Ricardo gave the opening remarks. “The Church Administration hopes for the youth members to strengthen their friendships, being also their love of the Christian brotherhood,” he said.
Also, “the activity aims to encourage Binhi members to keep on actively participating in Church activities. In doing so, they’d even gain new friends in different local congregations,” said Binhi district president Mia Querijero from Burlington Congregation. Thus, the youth members enjoyed each other’s company as they engaged in games, such as Bible Trivia, Keep Count, and Table Game.
Talented brethren, like Danica Constantino from Niagara Falls Congregation, Charlize Cortez from Windsor Congregation, and Denize Lintag from Oakville Congregation serenaded the attendees with musical numbers featuring original INC Music.
“With my fellow Binhi members gathered in one place, everyone’s having fun, laughing, and overall, we’re further inspired to remain united in serving our Almighty God,” said Applewood Congregation choir member Blair Manaloto.
“Taking part in this activity, the youth members had a happy time in a Christian way that pleases our Lord God,” attested Christian Family Organizations overseer Brother Angelo Charles Adriano. — With assistance from Nigil Erran Anor
