The Sibulan Congregation in Negros Oriental District led an INC Giving activity at Maningcao Elementary School in Sibulan, Negros Orienal, Philippines on August 24, 2025. Daycare students benefited from the school supplies distribution.

Each beneficiary received a bundle of writing materials, a much-needed resource to help them in their academic tasks. A total of 100 bundles of school supplies were given.

In addition to the school supplies, the event also included the giving of pre-loved clothing to provide essential support even to the students’ respective families regarding their other needs.

“We keep doing these kinds of events to follow our Lord God’s will to help others,” explained resident ministerial worker Brother Darwin Riambon who spearheaded the activity. “This has helped the young students in their needs and has brought renewed activeness to the brethren.”

The project underscores the biblical teaching that “Whenever you possibly can, do good to those who need it.”

“I want to thank the Church Of Christ members so much for choosing our school as a beneficiary for their community service,” expressed teacher Merliza Quilapio. On behalf of the school, she added, “We truly appreciate their act of providing the school supplies and pre-loved clothing.” — With reports from Jonathan Rempillo of INC News Section
