The leadership of the Ecclesiastical District of Central Europe brought together the doctrinal instructees and prospective members in all local congregations and group worship services (GWS) under its supervision for special gathering on November 7, 2025 aimed at their further edification.
The place of worship of the Hamburg, Germany Local Congregation served as the main site, while that of the Bonn, Dortmund, Heidelberg, Zurich, Amsterdam, Berlin, and Frankfurt congregations as remote sites connected via videoconferencing. Would-be members from The Hague GWS joined those in Amsterdam, those from Meissen GWS in Berlin, and those from Frankfurt City Congregation in Frankfurt.
Brother Jake Edic, assistant district supervising minister, officiated at the special gathering. “Remain faithful. Place God first in our hearts,” he urged the attendees during his Bible-based homily. “God is always ready to listen to our prayer and provide our needs,” he added, reminding them of importance of prayer, especially in times of trouble and trial.
Brethren instrumental in the prospective members’ journey of conversion into the Church were not remiss in being of support to them, having likewise attended the gathering.
One of the attendees, Priam Elizaga expressed that he all the more looks forward to his nearing baptism. “I will remain steadfast in the faith,” he said.
“I’m overjoyed that our son will soon be baptized. May he brave the odds along the way, always taking to heart all God’s commands,” his father Allan said.
“They continue to remain united with the Church Administration in leading people to the right way of worshiping God,” Hamburg Congregation resident minister Brother Philip Manguiat, attested regarding the Church members. “We will continue sharing our faith despite life’s challenges.”
