Named after Brother Felix Y. Manalo (1886-1963), whom the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members firmly believe to be God’s Messenger in these last days, the Local Congregation of F. Manalo-Marikina’s 67th anniversary celebration was made even more significant.

On May 28, 2025, nine days after the congregation marked its anniversary, Brother Angelo Eraño V. Manalo led them in commemorating Brother Felix Manalo’s 139th birth anniversary through a special worship service to God.

In his Bible-based homily, Brother Angelo Manalo emphasized that members of the Church Of Christ, being God’s chosen people in these last days, ought to remain in the path that leads to salvation, that is, meeting all of God’s expectations of them. They are constantly taught to be deeply rooted and well-grounded in His teachings, which is why they must strive to live in accordance with His will.

Through the Holy Scriptures, Brother Angelo Manalo further encouraged the brethren to diligently work out their salvation by obeying God’s commands with integrity.

To strengthen the faith of Church Of Christ members and remind them of the value of their divine calling, Brother Angelo Eraño V. Manalo led a worship service on May 11, 2025. It was held at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Mindanao Avenue, Ecclesiastical District of Central.

The worship gathering took place a day after the 139th birth anniversary of God’s Messenger in these last days, Brother Felix Y. Manalo. Through the Bible-based preaching, Brother Angelo Manalo reminded the brethren of the immeasurable blessings of being among the fruits of the Messenger’s labors. He exhorted the members to remain steadfast in God’s teachings they received from the Messenger—teachings that continue being upheld and taught by the Church Administration, under the leadership of Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, the current Executive Minister.

Brother Angelo Manalo also urged Church members to remain spiritually vigilant. He encouraged them to be courageous in obeying God’s commands and nurture a strong relationship with God.

In doing so, Brother Angelo emphasized, they will have a firm grasp on God’s promised salvation. True Christians, he added, should not fear the troubles of this world for God assures His loyal servants of His constant protection and guidance.

In commemoration of the 139th birth anniversary of Brother Felix Y. Manalo, whom the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members firmly believe is the Messenger of God in these last days, a worship service was officiated by Brother Angelo Eraño V. Manalo at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Tinajeros, Ecclesiastical District of CAMANAVA, on May 7, 2025. As this congregation is among the pioneering local congregations that Brother Felix Manalo himself established, the occasion became doubly special for the brethren there who were also celebrating their local congregation’s 107th anniversary.

Before the preaching of God’s words, CAMANAVA District supervising minister Brother Bedan L. Ubaldo, led the congregation in a solemn prayer. In his Bible-based sermon, Brother Angelo Manalo emphasized that, on the part of true Christians, listening to the Church Administration is not optional. All Church members must submit to the authority of the Church Administration, the one entrusted by God to make His message fully known (Col. 1:25). Doing so is a sacred duty of all Church members, which is also vital in their attainment of salvation and the promised eternal life on Judgment Day.

Brother Angelo Eraño V. Manalo led a worship service to God at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Libtong, Ecclesiastical District of Bulacan South, on May 4, 2025.

In unity with the aim of the Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, to keep Church Of Christ members united in spirit and mind, Brother Angelo Manalo taught from the Bible that God abhors divisions, strife, and discord. Brother Angelo echoed the apostles’ teachings that Church members must not allow themselves to be split into factions. Instead, they must strive to achieve perfect unity in thought and in judgment.

Following the example of the apostles as taught in the Bible, the Church Administration decides on matters concerning the Church members’ faith. That is why they must be united in accepting and fulfilling wholeheartedly the decisions and instructions coming

from the Church Administration. As one in thought and judgment, Church members are ready to put aside their own preferences and opinions. They fully submit to the authority of the spiritual leaders whom God placed in the Church, firmly believing that what they do for the Church is in accordance with His will.

Brother Angelo Manalo emphasized that it is God’s standard that is being followed in everything that is implemented in the Church, such as unity. As such, the unity of the brethren assures them of receiving blessings from God—honor, success, peace, happiness, and, above all, salvation. Brother Angelo Manalo concluded his sermon by exhorting the brethren to observe unity at all times—not just in voting but in every part of their service to God.

Brother Daniel Solano Jr. led a heartfelt prayer to God after the Bible-based lecture. The district CFO overseer, Brother Leo Gerrad Marc Lazaro, led the prayer for the offerings. Then, Brother Angelo Manalo himself said the benediction.

The Christian Family Organizations (CFO) officers from all over the world were further inspired upon attending the special worship service on April 26, 2025, which was officiated by Brother Angelo Eraño V. Manalo. The Local Congregation of Templo Central, Ecclesiastical District of Central, in the Philippines, served as the host site for the holy occasion, which was witnessed by districts around the globe through livestreaming.

Brother Joji Crisostomo led the opening prayer, after which was the preaching of God’s words by Brother Angelo Manalo. Preaching in both English and Filipino, he emphasized the importance of having strong faith and urged the brethren not to lower their standard of faith for them to be hopeful of receiving salvation on Judgment Day. In order to stay strong in the faith, he reminded them that their foundation should be the words of God. He also encouraged the brethren to pray for God’s guidance, so that they can uphold obeying His words at all times.

Afterwards, the congregation was led by Brother Joel V. San Pedro in a heartfelt prayer of thanksgiving. The prayer for the offerings was then led by Brother Marlone Balazon. Brother Angelo Manalo said the benediction.
