“As officers from each organization gathered, we were able to identify what our main objectives for 2026 should be and thoroughly develop our proposed activities,” said Sofia Emmanuelle Guirnalda, Binhi district president, regarding the CFO [Christian Family Organizations] Planning Conference.

A total of 60 key Church officers from the various departments and societies of the CFO in the Ecclesiastical District of Los Angeles County, California, gathered at the Los Angeles Congregation’s function hall for their annual CFO Planning Conference on December 28, 2025.

Well represented were the ten departments and societies of the CFO within the district: Buklod, KADIWA, Binhi, Children’s Worship Service (CWS), Society of Communications and Networks (SCAN) International, Christian Brotherhood International (CBI), Multimedia Bureau, INCRadio, Music Team, and the Christian Medical Dental and Paramedical Society (CMDPS).

Spearheading them were Brother Artemio T. Pilon Jr., district supervising minister, Brother Ferdinand De Dios, assistant district supervising minister, and Brother Pierre Cardin Perez, district CFO overseer. Also in attendance were the resident ministers and ministerial workers from the 14 local congregations of the district.

Brother Perez led the opening prayer. Brother Pilon delivered the welcome remarks and a spiritual message, admonishing the CFO officers: “Let us entrust everything to God, and He will guide our steps and bring our plans to fruition as well.”

Jacie Odiver, a delegate representing the CWS organization, stated, “As a CWS officer, the activity helped ensure that the children under our care will have activities in the upcoming year that are not only fun and interactive but will also help strengthen their faith.”

Brother De Dios delivered the closing remarks, reminding the CFO officers to always give their best in making activities meaningful and special for everyone. He emphasized the “importance of unity” noting that “when the brethren are united, God is pleased and blesses all their efforts.”

This was followed by the closing prayer led by Brother Andrew Wynne Jr., the district secretary. — With reports from Andy Canlas and district multimedia
