Thousands attended the evangelical missions that the Ecclesiastical District of Tarlac City, Tarlac, in the Philippines, held on January 23, 2026. In total, 4,342 guests attended.
Brethren from neighboring local congregations brought their guests to one venue. Of the nine clusters of the district, namely, Paraiso, Victoria, San Jose, Sapang Maragul, Amucao, San Juan De Mata, Sapang Tagalog, Maliwalo, and Tarlac City, the latter held the activity at the house of worship while the rest conducted theirs in public spaces.
District assistant supervising minister Brother Mario D. Rongcal officiated at Paraiso, district edification overseer Brother Jonathan Cabrera at Victoria, district Light of Salvation overseer Brother Dexter Jereza, and district secretary Brother Jojo Mertula at San Jose. Their fellow ministers, most of whom constituted the district leadership, led at other sites.
“Christ is the head (of the Church), the members are His branches,” guest Lourdes Mallari shared, which she remembered was biblically detailed.
In their preaching, the officiating ministers taught about how the Bible attests that the true Church in these last days is the Church Of Christ. Being the one and only true Church that Christ built, people ought to join it.
“Whenever we have an evangelical mission, I invite her. After all, it’s in the true worship that I eagerly want her to be with,” said Shiela Marie, Lourdes’s sister-in-law.
“As always, God makes ways for me to be able to introduce the true faith to more people. Having firm faith in Him, I do my part the best that I can,” said deaconess Precious Ava Guevarra from Balingcanaway Congregation. “As God wants everyone to be saved, so do we, Church members, which is why I invite people—be they my loved ones or not.”
