Showing genuine care and compassion to their fellowmen, Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members in the Ecclesiastical District of Thailand came in droves at the National Blood Centre of the Thai Red Cross Society located along Henri Dunant Rad, Bangkok, on January 31, 2026. They were there for an INC Giving activity.
“We all know how important blood is. Blood is life; it extends life. When the government of Thailand calls on its nationals and citizens to donate blood, the Iglesia Ni Cristo unites with that aim as our Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, who always calls on us to extend our help wherever we are, and whatever we could extend, and whenever we possibly can,” said Brother Willen R. Regalado, district supervising minister.
Led by Brother Regalado, the volunteer brethren first underwent health screenings to detect and prevent health problems, thereby making sure the safety of both the donors and the recipients.
More than a hundred came forward to be of help; about 60 were declared as qualified blood donors.
“I’m happy to be here, to participate. I even prepared for this activity as I so want to qualify as a donor,” shared district Light of Salvation officer Ariel Ramos.
“Many KADIWA members were here, to unite with. It feels fulfilling to know I’ve been of help to people in need through this donating of blood,” said Bangkapi Congregation KADIWA president John Rick Guadalupe.
“It’s rewarding to be of help, which is glorifying to the Lord God—the very aim of this INC Giving activity,” said district Christian Family Organizations overseer Brother Manuelito Bondoc.
