To mark its 30th anniversary, the Local Congregation of Palmayo in the Ecclesiastical District of Pampanga West, Philippines rendered a special worship service to praise and thank the Lord God for three decades of blessings and victories.

District supervising minister Brother Ronaldo D. Canlas led the congregation’s members in glorifying God and in the study of His words during the special gathering held at their house of worship on February 12, 2026.

In his homily, Brother Canlas exhorted the brethren to be even more prepared for receiving salvation on the nearing Judgment Day. Quoting from the Bible, he inspired them that now is the time to be awake to righteousness by obeying God’s commandments while placing their complete trust in Him Who never forsakes His faithful children.

“Thirty years have not been easy, but through God’s deliverance, the congregation has weathered all the challenges and has been able to reap successes in every aspect of Church endeavors,” attested Brother Joseph Dean Sato, the resident ministerial worker. “On behalf of all the brethren in our congregation, we thank the Lord God for His countless love, and we promise to continue fulfilling our duties and to remain united with the Church Administration in bringing honor and glory to Him.”

Expressing his fellow members’ sentiment, Jayson Dagal, a head deacon of the congregation, stated, “I thank the Lord God for His unfailing love for our local congregation. Through His help and mercy, our congregation has reached its 30th anniversary, and over the years, the number of brethren has continued to grow, resulting in the need for a more suitable house of worship, which we are now using and will always cherish.”

“I am truly grateful to the Church Administration for continually inspiring us through the words of the Lord God,” Katrina Casandra Sampang, the congregation’s choir leader, enthused. “The special worship service today has greatly strengthened my resolve as one of God’s servants in these last days. I promise to continue serving Him all the days of my life … knowing that doing so brings glory to Him.” — With reports from Tony Vankamamidi
