Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members of the Local Congregation of Narra, Ecclesiastical District of Palawan South, Philippines, gathered for a worship service to dedicate to God their newly renovated house of worship on March 6, 2026.

The Church Administration sent minister of the gospel Brother Arnel Solano to officiate the dedication worship service. In his Bible-based preaching, he emphasized the significance of the house of worship as the holy place where God’s servants gather to render true worship and offer prayers to Him.

“The Iglesia Ni Cristo conducts repair and renovation projects of its houses of worship to maintain its suitable condition. After all, the house of worship is the dwelling place of God’s Name, glory, and power,” said district supervising minister Brother Carlo Francisco.

Brethren from nearby and far local congregations of the district also attended the occasion. Among them were deacon Gelone Mejia and deaconess Maricel Orejela, both from Rio Tuba Congregation, which is more than two hours’ travel from Narra.

“I strove to attend this dedication worship service for I firmly believe in the great blessings that God bestows during occasions like this,” said Mejia. “I’m overjoyed being able to attend. My faith has become even more strong and firm,” added Orejela.

According to foreman Remegio Palma, the house of worship’s parts renovated were the pulpit area, choir loft, lobby, roof, ceiling, comfort rooms, chandelier, and doors, among others. A Technical Support for Videostreaming (TSV) room was also added, a state-of-the-art sound and video system also installed.

On behalf of the brethren in Narra, resident minister Brother Ramil Sagayap said, “We eagerly anticipated this occasion. We are thankful to the Church Administration for providing us a beautiful and modern house of worship.” — With reports from Jhoana Almojera
