Members of the Christian Medical Dental and Paramedical Society (CMDPS) and District Music Team (DMT) in the Ecclesiastical District of CAMANAVA had their fervor in performing their duties revitalized during their recent special gathering to worship God and receive His instructions.
CAMANAVA stands for the neighboring cities of Caloocan (southern), Malabon, Navotas, and Valenzuela in the north-western part Metro Manila, Philippines.
The sacred occasion, which was held at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Maysan on March 15, 2026 was in commemoration of the seventh and sixth anniversaries of CMDPS and DMT, respectively, both in February 2026.
District edification overseer Brother Jerry Ricamata officiated at the special gathering. In his Bible-based homily, he emphasized to the attendees that actively performing their Church duties will all the more strengthen their hope in attaining salvation. He also underscored the noble aim of God’s appointing Church officers, primarily to edify His chosen nation, among others.
“We thank the Almighty God and the Church Administration for approving this special gathering for the welfare of those in DMT and CMDPS,” enthused Brother Ricamata. “The DMT assists the Administration in strengthening Christian households through the creation of diverse musical works, while the CMDPS remains committed to safeguarding the health of the brethren and nonmembers in addressing their medical needs.”
“This gathering is important to remind the spiritual aspect of performing Church duties,” said CMDPS and DMT member Aliah Mae Mendoza from the Local Congregation of Caloocan.
“As a musical performer in our district, I find joy in fulfilling my duty because, through music, I’m able to give inspiration to both members and nonmembers, and most importantly, bring glory to our Lord God,” attested DMT member Jennylyn Calabucal from the Local Congregation of Gen T De Leon. “I thank God for entrusting me with this duty, and I will continue to share it to others by faithfully performing it.” — With assistance from Raul Batayola Jr. and Rosanna Ramos
