Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) officers from the Ecclesiastical District of Australia West received inspiration from God’s words written in the Bible, thus renewing their spiritual fervor in their service of the Lord. This was during their special gathering on March 31, 2024.

The attendees assembled in their respective congregations’ houses of worship which were linked via videoconferencing either to that of the congregations of Melbourne or Perth, which served as host sites.

Brother Noli Esperanza, assistant district supervising minister, officiated at the former, while Brother Felix Santos, assistant district supervising minister, led at the latter.

During their Bible-based lecture, the ministers expounded on the vital roles of Church officers in the works of the Church such as the edification of its members. They encouraged the congregants to remain obedient to God’s commandments and be dedicated to fulfilling their divine duties despite the hindrances they face, for they can expect His valuable help.

During the sacred occasions, a total of 90 new officers in the Church who recently completed their seminar-trainings took their oath of duty. Among them was a finance officer with the Melbourne Congregation, Margarette Claire Ocaya, who said, “After the oath taking, I feel like my dream has been fulfilled.”

Ana Mae Manuel from the same congregation, who took oath as a KADIWA officer promised, “I will show my dedication to this duty by giving extra efforts in doing my tasks. In times that I will face challenges, I will rely not on my own abilities, but to the help and mercy of God.” — With reports from Jennelin Guanzon of INC News Section
