The first local congregation that the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) established in Thailand, the Local Congregation of Bangkok, celebrated its 30th anniversary through a Christian Family Organizations (CFO) Night. It was held at the Four Wings Hotel in Bangkok on June 29, 2025.
Assistant district supervising minister Brother Edwin Estrellado, in his opening remarks, called upon the attendees to give all glory and honor to God because the growth and success of the congregation is a testament to His unwavering help and His blessing upon the unity of the brethren.
Joy and gratitude filled the air as the brethren participated in interactive games and also witnessed performances, such as the energetic dance performance of the KADIWA members with their rendition of INC original music Happy Victory. KADIWA member and organist Vianca Estrellado performed Guide My Heart with her ukulele. “It was truly unforgettable—being part of this celebration and offering a performance for God and the congregation made it even more meaningful,” she shared.
Afterwards, an audio-visual presentation showing the greetings of ministers, ministerial workers, and other brethren who became part of the Local Congregation of Bangkok was witnessed by the attendees.
“Seeing the eager participation of all the brethren is truly delighting,” Albert Malto, a head deacon, reflected.
Resident minister Brother Emer Ariola delivered the closing remarks, conveying his gratitude to all the brethren who attended. “May we all continue upholding our faith and active participation in all the endeavors of the Church to be pleasing to God,” he said before leading them in a prayer of thanks and praises to God.
