Nearly a hundred people, benefited in the medical and dental mission spearheaded by the district Christian Medical Dental and Paramedical Society (CMDPS) officers. Beneficiaries were able to avail free medical services which included check-ups, tooth extractions, dental cleaning, random blood sugar testing, and electrocardiogram. Free prescribed medicines and vitamins were also given.
“The primary aim of this outreach activity is to reach out to people of any religion who are unable to avail medical services due to financial incapability,” shared pharmacist Yuey Manguiat. Meanwhile, beneficiary and Buklod member Jeffrey Ona expressed his gratitude, saying, “Thanks to this, I’m able to further take care of my well-being that I may unceasingly serve God.”
