Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members from the Brescia Local Congregation, Ecclesiastical District of Italy North gathered to celebrate the 10th anniversary of their congregation. The activity was held at the AC Hotel Brescia in Via Giulio Quinto Stefana on April 6, 2025.
The event featured inspiring INC original music performances by talented brethren, then a video presentation showcasing some of the congregation’s activities, which highlighted their unity and zeal. Small talk over dinner further bonded everyone in attendance.
“From having a resident minister to having a place of worship, it’s a joyful realization that for ten years, the congregation has been blessed by God. I thank Him for allowing our family to be part of establishing this congregation,” expressed deacon Edgar Barcena, who is also among the congregation’s pioneering members.
“As one of the pioneers who witnessed how Brescia became a local congregation, reaching its 10th anniversary fills my heart with happiness,” enthused head deacon Eliezer Mundoc. “I’ve seen firsthand this milestone that is a work of the Lord God.”
Resident ministerial worker Brother Kenneth Abuan gave the opening remarks; district CFO overseer Brother Gerald Barcebal for the closing remarks and the prayer after.
“The lively celebration of Brescia Congregation’s 10th anniversary was marked by this meaningful event, leaving brethren with unforgettable experiences while strengthening their unity, faith, and love within the Church,” Brother Abuan said in an interview. On behalf of the congregation, he added, “With deep gratitude to the Lord God for His unwavering guidance over the past decade, the brethren are even more determined to remain steadfast and active in serving Him.” — With reports from Kate M.
