Brethren in General Santos take part in clean-up drive

Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members in the Ecclesiastical District of General Santos City, South Cotabato, Philippines, took part in a clean-up activity on February 24, 2024. It was held along Aparente Street, in the village of San Isidro, General Santos City.

Led by Brother Eugenio Capanpan Jr., district supervising minister, the brethren-volunteers dedicated their time and energy to clean the said street. Siara Keith Dajay, a KADIWA member in the Local Congregation of Conel, and one of the participants said, “Clean-up drives, such as this, can help greatly to prevent pollution.”

“It’s so nice to see the place clean as the result of our cleanup,” said Jean Viacrusis, a head deacon in the Local Congregation of Nursery. “I will encourage my children to help in taking care of the environment, which is also our unity with the activities launched by the Church Administration.” — With reports from Jimuel Orbase III of INC News Section
